This impressive looking CME started late on October 7th. Look at about 10 o’clock on the face of the sun and you will see a boiling prominence rotating into view from the back side of the sun. As it does the prominence becomes more and more violent resulting an a very impressive CME. Fortunately this is not headed for Earth. See the video below captured by NASA’s SDO:
